Thanks to the sponsorship and support of the All Hallows Trust we hosted a very special event in the Marino Institute on June 8th 2026. We brought together school leaders and others involved in Initial Teacher training along with representatives from CEP, the JMB, CPSMA, APTCS and a number of Catholic school trusts to reflect once more on the GRACE report and to take stock of where we are in relation to work on the Vision, Formation and Structures needed to support Catholic education going forward. Those present were treated to stimulating and challenging presentations from Irish Times columnist and Catechist, Breda O’ Brien, Dr. Daniel O’Connell, Lecturer in Learning, Society & Religious Education Mary Immaculate College Limerick, Jonathan Tiernan, CEO of the Jesuit Education Trust and the key note speaker, Rev Prof Eamonn Conway: Professor of Integral Human Development at the University of Notre Dame, Australia The quality of the presentations was first class and each of the presenters were engaging and challenging. You can watch all four presentations here.
